A focussed personal training block designed to build strength, confidence and fitness at your own pace. Perfect for beginners, gym-returners or anyone after structured, expert guidance.

Free Initial Consultation! Before you start, you’ll receive a free initial consultation, either via phone call, or in person at Snap Fitness Wadebridge.

We’ll discuss:

  • Your goals and training aims

  • Previous training experience

  • Any injuries, concerns or barriers

  • The best approach to help you progress confidently

  • Single Session – £40

Block Bookings:

  • Starter Pack: 5 x 1hr sessions
    Total: £185 (£37 per session)

  • 10-Session Block – 10 x 1hr sessions
    Total: £350 (£35 per session)

12 week programs:

Most effective in reaching goal long-term goals

  • 1 session per week (12 sessions) = £399

  • 2 sessions per week (24 sessions) = £750

* Minimum usage 1 session per week

*Sessions will be charged in full if less that 24hrs notice is given

What is it?

A structured training plan based on your specific training goals.
Designed for independent training. No direct 1:1 coaching is included.

Perfect for:

  • Those who already train regularly

  • Know basic exercise technique

  • Want some structure with their training

  • Can’t commit to weekly PT sessions

What is it?

A dynamic, full-body session that focuses on improving posture, core strength, alignment, and mobility through smooth, controlled movements that leave you feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to your body.

If you’re new to the reformer, you’ll receive a safe, supportive introduction to the equipment with expert guidance every step of the way.

You’ll learn the foundations of handstands and calisthenics through structured progressions that focus on shoulder strength, core engagement, mobility, and body awareness. With personalised coaching, we break down each movement safely — making handstands approachable, achievable, and fun.

Whether your goal is to kick up for the first time, improve balance and alignment, or simply develop shouldr strength and mobility to enhance your daily life, each session is tailored to your level and goals. Expect a supportive, encouraging environment with plenty of hands-on coaching and technique cues.
