  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • All clients will receive a free consultation session at the gym. This will last around 30mins and will involve a relaxed and open discussion about your training history, goals, lifestyle and injuries.

    Then we will move into a gentle movement assessment so I can understand how your body moves.

    Using this information we will create a clear plan and direction for the next 8 weeks.

  • Absolutely not.

    Movement is for everyone.

    Whether you have never set foot in a gym in your life, returning to exercise after some time off or advanced. Every session is tailored to your pace and your body, with progressions and regressions for all abilities.

  • All Personal Training and skill sessions take place at Snap Fitness in Wadebridge, using the fully equipped gym and Pilates reformers.

  • I understand - life happens!

    I ask for 24hrs notice to reschedule your session.

  • Most clients I work with are complete beginners. these sessions will focus on upper body strength, alignment, balance and body awareness. Slowly building a solid foundation upon which we can progress safely.

    My coaching is holistic, you’ll be supported between sessions, not just during them.

  • Payments for Personal Training blocks will be taken upfront through Bank Transfer. Sessions must be used within 10 weeks, giving you flexibility without losing momentum.
