Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

All clients will receive a free consultation session at the gym. This will last around 30mins and will involve a relaxed and open discussion about your training history, goals, lifestyle and injuries.
Then we will move into a gentle movement assessment so I can understand how your body moves.
Using this information we will create a clear plan and direction for the next 8 weeks.

Movement is for everyone.
Whether you have never set foot in a gym in your life, returning to exercise after some time off or advanced. Every session is tailored to your pace and your body, with progressions and regressions for all abilities.

All Personal Training and skill sessions take place at Snap Fitness in Wadebridge, using the fully equipped gym and Pilates reformers.

Most clients I work with are complete beginners. these sessions will focus on upper body strength, alignment, balance and body awareness. Slowly building a solid foundation upon which we can progress safely.

My coaching is holistic, you’ll be supported between sessions, not just during them.

Payments for Personal Training blocks will be taken upfront through Bank Transfer. Sessions must be used within 10 weeks, giving you flexibility without losing momentum.
